During the session, IP: A Yearly Examination, Erick discussed topics such as trends in patent dispute litigation funding, the impact of disclosure rules from the District of Delaware, the possible need for disclosure and discoverability rules unique to patent disputes, and the status of disclosure disputes in federal courts. He was joined by Peter Lambrianakos (Fabricant LLP), Rudy Fink (The Davis Firm), Ben Herbert (Miller Barondess LLP), Anup Misra (Curiam), and moderator Meng Xi (Susman Godfrey).
