Spencer Fane attorney Eric Peterson, Commercial Receivers Association (CRA) President, joined fellow CRA board member Eric Moraczewski, CEO of NMBL Strategies, for a panel on November 1 in St. Louis. The event was part of the Bankers Education Series initiated by co-panelists David Sosne of Summers Compton Wells and Mark Zvibelman of SVN International Corp.
The presentation, Legal Options for Distressed Assets, informed bankers on crucial aspects of receivership such as decision-making, filing, and operation. This event, combined with other in-person learning opportunities and webinars, is part of the educational platform that serves as a key component of the CRA’s mission.
At Spencer Fane, Eric represents companies in need of financial restructuring, whether through bankruptcy, receivership, or workout negotiations, and he represents banks, investors, creditors, and financial institutions in maximizing recoveries on unpaid debt. He helped establish the CRA earlier this year and continues to be instrumental in its rapid growth.
