Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Eric Johnson was recently elected to the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) Alumni Association Board of Managers.
This advisory board comprises leaders who support alumni engagement strategy for UNI. Eric and his fellow board members have earned their election based on demonstrated involvement and commitment to the university and represent a variety of skills, interests, and expertise. He joins this organization as an alum of the UNI Class of 1998.
At Spencer Fane, Eric represents clients in bankruptcy; nonbankruptcy insolvency proceedings, such as receiverships and foreclosure proceedings; out-of-court workouts and restructurings; and other related insolvency matters. He also serves as chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group.
