Spencer Fane attorney Eric Johnson was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the ABI (American Bankruptcy Institute).
ABI member since 2001, Johnson is the former co-chair of ABI’s Secured Credit Committee, was a member of the steering committee for ABI’s 40 Under 40 program, and serves on the ABI Midwestern Bankruptcy Institute program. He will serve a term of three years on the 60-member ABI Board of Directors. In conjunction with his role on the board, Eric serves on the Communications & Information Technology Committee.
ABI is the largest multi-disciplinary, nonpartisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency. The ABI membership includes nearly 11,000 attorneys, accountants, bankers, judges, professors, lenders, turnaround specialists and other bankruptcy professionals providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and information.
