Spencer Fane attorney Elizabeth Lally will discuss Subchapter V bankruptcy law for the Nebraska State Bar Association (NSBA)’s 2024 Banking Seminar on March 28 in Kearney, Nebraska.

Led by the NSBA’s Bank Attorneys and Bankruptcy Sections, the event will delve into essential topics in the evolving legal landscape including third-party releases, automatic stays, the homestead exemption, Chapter 13 best practices, the ethical nuances of remote practice, and more. During her session, Subchapter V Hot Topics & Recent Trends in Case Law, Elizabeth will cover recent cases on eligibility, the American Bankruptcy Institute Sub V Task Force report, and issues with voting/not voting on a plan.
