Spencer Fane attorney Elizabeth Lally was recently appointed to the inaugural board of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT) Foundation.
In this leadership position, Elizabeth will work with other board members to finalize the mission and vision of the organization, obtain tax-exempt status, and officially launch the organization to the public.
The NABT is the “voice of the Chapter 7 and Subchapter V Bankruptcy Trustee community, serving their interests and needs through education, communication, and promotion of the profession.” The NABT Foundation, a 501c3 organization, is an extension of the NABT that concentrates on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. The NABT Foundation will focus on accessibility and act as a tool for members to improve diversity in the legal industry.
