Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Donn Herring has joined the board of directors for St. Louis Public Radio (STLPR).
STLPR provides multiplatform, public service journalism with a focus on powerful, honest news and storytelling. The organization’s board members pledge their energy, passion, and civic leadership to advance the St. Louis, Missouri, public media mission. Through Donn and his colleagues’ ongoing civic support, STLR – which is currently transitioning into an independently owned station – can continue broadening its services and strengthen community bonds through information, inspiration, and engagement.
At Spencer Fane, Donn helps hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers with a full range of business and regulatory issues. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions in the health care industry, which include physician-hospital joint ventures, physician integration, provider network development, HIPAA compliance program development, and voluntary compliance program development.
