Spencer Fane attorney Eric Van Horn recently presented at the Commercial Law League of America’s 127th National Convention, where he covered the Small Business Reorganization Act and its impact on the bankruptcy process.
Titled “The Small Business Reorganization Act-Subchapter V: A Year Later,” Eric participated in a panel discussion about Subchapter V of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
The panel discussed:
- An overview of the panelists’ experiences with Subchapter V during the last year;
- An update of relevant Subchapter V cases decided in the last year; and,
- A practical discussion from both the debtor’s attorney perspective and the creditor’s attorney perspective.
