Brian Peterson, Megan Meadows, Randi Winter, and Julia Vander Weele Discuss COVID-19 in the Workplace

Titled “Supreme Court issues vaccination mandate decisions: Where we stand today,” Brian and Randi discussed the United States Supreme Court’s decision (issued on January 13, 2022) concerning the federal Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). Randi also provided a Q&A covering the COVID-19 vaccine and religious accommodation requests in a second BenefitsPRO article.

Also featured in Benefits Pro, Julia authored “Still plenty to consider for COVID-related benefit mandates,” where she details how group health plan sponsors can prepare for COVID-19 related medical claims in 2022. Julia also provided insight about best practices for employers navigating workplace compliance during the pandemic in a Kansas City Business Journal article.

Megan was featured in a St. Louis Business Journal article titled “Why the Supreme Court’s OSHA ruling could be more complicated for multi-state employers.” She discussed the complexity surrounding companies that operate in more than one state following the Supreme Court’s ruling (in January) on the ETS.
