SBM’s annual Best in Business lists recognize “the best advisors for business owners in St. Louis.” As an honoree, Brad was chosen from among over 1,000 nominees by the publication’s readers who hail from established companies of all sizes in industries such as manufacturing, construction, real estate, and banking and business services.
At Spencer Fane, Brad is a real estate attorney who helps both public and private entities in the acquisition, development, and disposition of office, retail, multi-family, hotel, and industrial properties. As co-chair of the firm’s hospitality practice group, He also maintains a significant hospitality practice. He regularly represents owners, developers, managers, and lenders all across the country in a variety of hotel transactions.
