Spencer Fane attorney Ayesha Mehdi was recently named to Vegas Inc’s Women Inspiring Nevada 2021 list, which honors women that “have been lighting the way forward for [the] community [and] have shown us all hope and humanity in a surreal year.”
Ayesha was recognized for her leadership, continuous learning, and drive to improve the medical community in Las Vegas through her legal practice and pro bono work seeking justice for children through collaboration with the Children’s Attorney Project. She was one of 12 women selected by a nomination-only process made up of law professionals, Chief Executive Officers, and Chief Operating Officers, among other highly regarded leaders in the community.
“[She] is a problem preventer and problem solver by nature—making law a natural career choice. She specifically chose health care as her focus, because it is dynamic and challenging… It is her pro bono work with Children’s Attorney Project of Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada that she finds truly invaluable,” Vegas Inc noted.
