Spencer Fane Partner Arthur Gregg was named one of the 2024 “Top 100 St. Louisans to Know to Succeed in Business” by St. Louis Small Business Monthly (SBM). According to SBM, honorees are recognized because of their individual accomplishments as well as their contributions to the broader St. Louis business community.
The SBM “Top 100” list is selected by notable business and community leaders in Greater St. Louis. As a partner in the firm’s litigation group, Arthur helps clients navigate the complexity and uncertainty of litigation to ensure they are in the best position to obtain victories at trial. He routinely assists corporate clients as well as individual directors, officers, and shareholders in navigating claims related to breach contractual or fiduciary duties, corporate governance, infringement of trademark or copyright law, and misappropriation of trade secrets, among others.
In addition to his robust litigation practice, Arthur also supports the business and legal community through charitable and civic organizations, including the Civil Practice and Procedures Committee of the Missouri Bar and the Wills for Heroes Foundation. Additionally, he serves as a guest faculty instructor for the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program at his former law school, the University of Notre Dame, working with the next generation of trial attorneys.
