Spencer Fane attorneys Arthur Gregg, Kersten Holzhueter, and Mike Murphy were recently named to leadership positions of The Missouri Bar’s Civil Practice and Procedure Committee. Mike was appointed to lead as Chair, while Arthur and Kersten were named Vice-Chairs of the committee.
As Chair, Mike will lead the efforts of the Civil Practice and Procedure Committee, which is part of the Litigation Division at the Missouri Bar. As Vice-Chairs, Arthur and Kersten will work alongside Mike to uphold this division’s mission: to offer “members the resources and opportunities to help them be effective, competent and ethical advocates on behalf of their clients and in the eyes of the public.”
