Spencer Fane attorney Andy Anderson will present at a National Business Institute (NBI) seminar focusing on the Arizona Limited Liability Company Act (effective September 1, 2019) and the Revised Uniform Limited Liability Act.
Titled “Get Up to Date on LLC Changes and Avoid Costly Missteps,” the course will cover recent updates, including changes to rights, roles, authority, definitions, requirements, scope, function, limitations, formation, and operating procedures. Andy will present two sessions including, “LLC Formation and Operating Procedures/Requirements Under RULLCA: Changes Attorneys Need to Know” and “RULLCA’s Reshaping of Fiduciary Duties.”
