Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Andrea P. Perry has joined the Girls Inc. program at YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee Advisory Council.
YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. For more than a century, YWCA has helped women, girls, and families build safer, more self-sufficient lives through operating the largest domestic violence shelter in Tennessee, a 24-hour-a-day crisis and information phone and text line, and several additional community initiatives. Through the Girls Inc. program, the YWCA mentors girls in numerous Metro Nashville public schools and provides safe spaces that foster success and sisterhood.
As part of the Girls Inc. Advisory Council, Andrea will help ensure that every girl’s voice is heard, valued, and empowered. She will advance the program’s mission to provide an immersive, holistic, and highly supportive experience for participants that nurtures development and achievement.
At the firm, Andrea combines industry insights with responsive, considerate client service to help organizations all types navigate the complex landscape of real estate to achieve efficient, cost-effective solutions. She regularly handles matters related to the conveyance, acquisition, and development of commercial property, both new development and construction.
