A.J. Ferate Gives Insight on Land Use Case

Spencer Fane A.J. Ferate was recently featured on The Federalist Society’s teleforum covering environmental law and property rights.

A.J. was joined by Associate Professor at the University of Notre Dame Law School Stephanie Barclay for a discussion analyzing Apache Stronghold v. United States, including recent updates and legal implications of this case.

At Spencer Fane, A.J. focuses his practice in multiple areas of the law, policy, energy, campaigns, elections, and defense.
