Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Aaron Dean’s leadership role at the Minnesota Subcontractors Association (MSA) for 2025-2026. He will serve as the organization’s Chapter Attorney.
The MSA is a nonprofit trade association representing construction industry specialty contractors and suppliers who work on Minnesota public and private projects. The organization’s unique focus on business issues affecting all subcontractors and suppliers advances the Minnesota construction industry in areas such as safety, education, and legislation reform. Aaron’s involvement in MSA spans nearly 20 years and has included numerous leadership roles. As Chapter Attorney, he drafts and testifies about legislation that broadly impacts the construction industry, provides advice to the MSA Board, and helps provide educational training to MSA members.
At the firm, Aaron represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, public and private owners, developers, and A/E in every aspect of construction dispute resolution. Through his diligent work, he ensures contractors get paid via mechanic’s liens, payment bond claims, statutory prompt payment and trust fund claims, and contract claims.
