Jackie Pringle Strengthens Spencer Fane Tax, Trusts, & Estates Bench in Overland Park

Spencer Fane is pleased to announce Jackie Pringle has joined the Tax, Trusts, & Estates practice group as an of counsel attorney in the firm’s Overland Park office.

Pringle brings a combination of experience in private practice and professional services to her work, which focuses on assisting clients with legal counsel on complex tax matters including withholding taxes, U.S. compliance issues, and entity formation; estate planning; probate administration; tax controversy; and state and local tax issues. Her clients include businesses of all sizes as well as high net worth individuals.

Most recently, Pringle worked with a private company consisting of lawyers, certified public accountants (CPAs), and other professionals with tax planning and other day-to-day legal needs related to operating and maintaining a business or transitioning assets.

Pringle completed her undergraduate studies in accounting at the University of Kansas and later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law. Additionally, she earned certificates in business law and tax law.
