Spencer Fane labor and employment attorneys Elizabeth Wente and Paul Satterwhite presented to a very engaged audience at a Holmes Murphy seminar on April 5 in Kansas City. The presentation covered rapidly changing developments in both medical marijuana and recreation marijuana use, including the State of Missouri’s recent approval of Constitutional Amendment 3.

He focuses his practice on risk management so that the employers he works with can focus their efforts more on the operation of their businesses and less on the management of employment disputes and legal claims.
