Spencer Fane attorney Helen Holden will speak at the DRI Annual Meeting on October 23 in Washington. D.C.
This three-day premier event will gather leading civil defense attorneys, in-house counsel, claims professionals, and industry leaders in Washington, D.C., to connect meaningfully on emerging industry trends, practical insights, and strengthening relationships across the defense bar. Helen will join the From Demand to Deal: Defense Tactics for Maximizing Leverage in Employment Mediation panel. The session will equip management-side litigators with practical strategies to navigate employment mediation, respond to plaintiff-side tactics, and achieve efficient, business-focused resolutions.
In addition to speaking on the panel, Helen will conclude her term as Chair of DRI’s Employment and Labor Law Committee during the Annual Meeting, reflecting her longstanding leadership within the organization and the labor and employment legal community.
At the firm, Helen co-chairs the Spencer Fane Labor and Employment practice group. In addition to this leadership role, she helps businesses successfully navigate federal and state employment laws to positively impact company culture.
