Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Crystal Howard’s selection to the 2026-2027 Kansas City Tomorrow (KCT) Leadership Class, furthering the firm’s long-standing involvement with the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City’s flagship leadership development program.
As part of the initiative’s 48th cohort, Crystal and 31 additional Kansas City Metro professionals will connect with the region’s most influential business leaders over a 10-month immersive experience. They will heighten their understanding of their community’s most pressing opportunities and hone the skills necessary for establishing meaningful civic change.
At Spencer Fane, Crystal’s practice resides at the intersection of business transactions and tax efficiency. Regularly counseling clients on a wide range of business and tax matters, she helps clients navigate complex commercial transactions and related tax planning. With a focus on health and wellness companies, Crystal advises founders and leadership teams on entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and proactive tax planning.
