Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Norma Izzo has been named one of AZ Big Media’s Most Influential Women in Arizona Business for 2026, an honor recognizing accomplished leaders who are making a lasting impact across the state’s business community. Norma was selected from a field of more than 2,200 women under consideration by the editorial board of Az Business magazine and a panel of former honorees.
The annual recognition celebrates influential women whose professional achievements, leadership, and community impact are helping shape the future of Arizona business. Honorees will be recognized at a celebratory event in Phoenix later this year.
This latest distinction marks another notable recognition for Norma from AZ Big Media. Earlier this year, she was featured for the third consecutive year in the publication’s annual AZ Business Leaders issue, which highlights business leaders and innovators who are changing the face of Arizona business.
In her Most Influential Women profile, Norma reflected on a lesson she would share with her younger self: “Stop apologizing when you haven’t done anything wrong. Women do this reflexively, and every unearned apology spends a little of the respect and leadership roles you’re working to build. Save them for when they’re warranted – they’ll mean more.”
At Spencer Fane, Norma serves as chair of the firm’s Family Law Practice Group, where she helps clients navigate complex family law and domestic relations matters, including asset division, business dissolution, collaborative divorce, mediation, arbitration, child custody, child support, and spousal maintenance. She is known for developing strategic solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances while drawing on extensive mediation and courtroom experience to achieve favorable outcomes.
