Crystal Armstrong Elected to Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra Board of Directors

July 13, 2026

Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Crystal Armstrong has joined the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra (NPO) Board of Directors.

This volunteer community orchestra creates learning and performance opportunities for musicians who in turn provide free, high-caliber concerts to area neighborhoods. As part of her three-year term on the organization’s board, Crystal will support the NPO’s artistic mission and long-term sustainability by providing strategic oversight.

“I am honored to join the Board at such an exciting time for the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra,” Crystal shared. “This role provides a wonderful opportunity to combine my passion for community service with my lifelong love of the arts as a classically trained musician and dancer. I look forward to the concert season ahead.”

At the firm’s Nashville office, Crystal Armstrong helps hospital systems and health care providers navigate complex state and federal regulations and challenges, developing robust, growth-oriented legal strategies for streamlined operations and risk-averse structures for long-term compliance. Within her multidisciplinary practice, she also guides businesses and nonprofits through complex tax law and corporate M&A matters, supporting strategic and financial objectives with integrative counsel on tax structuring and regulatory adherence.
