Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome Carly L. Bahramzad to the firm’s Omaha, Nebraska, office as an of counsel attorney in the Corporate and Business Transactions Practice Group.
Carly guides businesses through a wide range of commercial and real estate transactions and associated litigation, also serving as a dedicated advisor for general corporate governance and business matters, employment law, and trademark registration and maintenance. She has successfully filed and currently maintains over 50 trademarks registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Carly earned both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
Beyond private practice, Carly is involved in multiple legal and community organizations, including as an active member of her alma mater’s Nebraska Women’s Leadership Network.
