In her day-to-day counsel, Carly creates and adapts legal strategies that support long-term plans for both overarching business operations and significant transactions. She is well-versed in the drafting, negotiation, and review process of a wide variety of contracts, and is dedicated to helping clients obtain the most favorable outcomes.
Carly also boasts experience in intellectual property matters and has successfully filed and currently maintains over 50 trademarks registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
