For the fourth consecutive year, Spencer Fane was pleased to sponsor a South Asian Bar Association of North America Foundation (SABA Foundation) roundtable. Attorney Ravi Sundara returned as presenter for this virtual nonprofit discussion on April 23.
Ravi provided legal insights focused on tax law changes and other topics that impact nonprofit governance. Interactive and engaging, the roundtable built upon the nonprofit advisor’s previous discussion on governance best practices and his recent thought leadership.
