Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome Michael B. Sichter to the firm’s Kansas City, Missouri, office as an of counsel attorney in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
Michael represents individuals and businesses in class actions, tort claims, personal injury claims, insurance disputes, and business litigation, using comprehensive strategies to advocate for his clients amid markedly complex and contentious disputes.
A trusted problem-solver, Michael guides clients through what can be overwhelming, multi-step legal processes with confidence, working diligently from case inception through resolution. In addition to his diverse trial experience, he drafts and reviews motions and pleadings, manages discovery strategy and execution, coordinates expert support, and, when favorable for his clients, initiates and conducts alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Michael attended the University of Kansas for his bachelor’s degree, later earning his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law. He is heavily involved in Missouri and Kansas legal associations and admitted to practice in both states.
