Spencer Fane attorney Dalma Kovacs attended a dinner with the President of Hungary, Tamás Sulyok, and the Hungarian Ambassador to the U.S., Szabolcs Takács, on February 27 in New York.
Organized by the Consulate General of Hungary, the dinner provided a valuable opportunity to explore pathways for strengthening economic ties between the U.S. and Hungary. Dalma – who worked for two major international law firms in Budapest before relocating to the U.S. – was one of several New York-based attorneys with connections to Hungary who could lend their unique global perspective to the dialogue.
As part of her continued work supporting international collaboration, Dalma will attend the founding ceremony for the Hungarian-American Lawyers Association as one of the organization’s founding members on April 28 at the Embassy of Hungary in Washington D.C.
At Spencer Fane, Dalma brings beneficial experience handling complex commercial disputes, cross-border litigation, and international arbitration for a wide variety of clients, using her accumulated insights to drive the creation and execution of legal strategies aimed at achieving efficient and effective resolutions. Her sophisticated background involves multinational clients and cross-jurisdictional legal issues.
