Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome Paige Silva Prado to the firm’s Las Vegas office as an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
Paige defends companies in complex commercial, product liability, mass tort, personal injury, and consumer warranty litigation, preserving financial and reputational interests while protecting the value of critical company assets. Accustomed to managing technical and highly complex client material, she regularly works with pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and chemical companies, thoroughly dissecting challenging and high-volume legal matters and building tailored strategies for sound defense in and out of the courtroom.
With experience across all stages of the litigation life cycle, Paige is well-versed in case management, trial support, motion practice, oral argument, depositions, written discovery, legal research, and document review and coding.

Paige obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, before earning her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the university’s William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in civil discovery and the highly prestigious Scribes award by the American Society of Legal Writers.
Beyond her practice, Paige served as the membership chair for the Nevada Bar’s Product Liability and Mass Tort Section and is a member of the Young Lawyers Section. A Hawaii native, she is licensed to practice in Hawaii, Nevada, and California.
