Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome Bryan R. Farris to the firm’s Salt Lake City office as a partner in the Corporate and Business Transactions Practice Group.
Bryan primarily focuses on advising startups, new ventures, and emerging companies across both national and international legal landscapes. He regularly serves as lead counsel for large-scale residential, industrial, and commercial energy and real estate projects, with specific transactional experience including development and financing, for-profit and nonprofit business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and capital financing, including securities and nonprofit fundraising.
As a past principal of multiple businesses involved in substantial transactions, including lucrative exits, Bryan leverages firsthand business knowledge to deliver proactive, cutting-edge solutions rooted in both short- and long-term client objectives. His strategies consistently yield optimal financial and operational outcomes.

Bryan completed his bachelor’s degree with honors at Utah State University before earning his Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School.
