Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Victoria Narezo’s selection for the 2026 National Employment Law Council (NELC) Academy.
Attorneys in their first four years of practice with experience in management-side labor and employment law are eligible to apply to the NELC Academy each year. With only 30 Fellows selected annually, the highly competitive program is designed to develop and elevate the next generation of leaders in the field.
Fellows receive advanced skills and leadership training, access to the organization’s national network of experienced labor and employment attorneys, mentorship opportunities, and additional professional development resources. Victoria and the other members of the 2026 class will attend the Academy from April 29 to May 1 in Atlanta, Georgia.
At Spencer Fane, Victoria focuses her practice on a variety of commercial and employment litigation matters. She provides preventive counsel and represents public and private employers in federal and state courts. Victoria handles cases involving Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, trade secrets, defamation, and non-compete agreements, among others.
