Spencer Fane attorney Eric Johnson will speak at the Missouri Bar’s 2026 Bankruptcy Institute Western District on March 13 in Kansas City.
Eric will join the panel Lien-o-Rama: Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Liens but Were Afraid to Ask. This practical session will delve into the complexities of liens in both state law and bankruptcy practice. Using real-world examples and leading cases, Eric and his fellow presenters will equip practitioners with a clear framework for spotting lien issues, understanding creditor rights, and navigating the pitfalls that commonly arise in litigation, transactions, and insolvency proceedings.
