Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Sarahann Shapiro’s reappointment to the California Commission on Disability Access (CCDA).
Appointed by California Governor Gavin Newsom, Sarahann has served as the California Business Properties Association appointee for the CCDA since 2023. In this important leadership role, she advances inclusivity for the disability community in the business sphere through a person-centric approach to accessibility.
At Spencer Fane, Sarahann maintains a robust practice focused on all aspects of commercial real estate, including both the transactional and litigation sides. She frequently assists clients in buying, selling, leasing, financing, and developing properties, as well as helping clients with litigation related to commercial real estate, including commercial evictions, breach of lease, construction issues, title issues, and tax appeals.
