The Spencer Fane Las Vegas office was pleased to serve as a supporting sponsor for the 2025 Justice Miriam Shearing Gala on September 11. Attorneys Richard Holley, Ayesha Mehdi, and Jessica Lujan attended the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys (SNAWA)-hosted event.
Now in its 13th year, this annual gala not only celebrates the achievements of local women leaders in the Nevada legal community but also raises scholarship funds for students at the William S. Boyd School of Law. The 2025 event bestowed the Miriam Shearing Award to Commissioner Erin Lee Truman and Trailblazer Awards to Judge Soonhee “Sunny” Bailey and Candace Carlyon.
The Spencer Fane Las Vegas office’s ongoing support of SNAWA and other regional organizations – such as Molina Healthcare of Nevada through their August 27 Community Palooza – showcases the firm’s ongoing commitment to connecting with and improving the communities its attorneys are immersed in.
