Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome Aaron D. Quinby to the firm’s St. Cloud, Minnesota, office as an of counsel attorney in the Real Estate practice group.
Aaron counsels businesses, individuals, and families throughout the U.S. in general and commercial real estate matters. Well-versed in all stages of a transaction, he prepares initial sale documents, negotiates title insurance coverage, identifies and resolves title and survey issues, conducts due diligence, and prepares all necessary documents for successful closings.
In his wide-ranging commercial real estate practice, Aaron represents both financial institutions and owners in transactions pertaining to office, industrial, hospitality, retail, agribusiness, and multifamily projects which span the full spectrum of deal structures, including joint ventures, tenancies-in-common, ground leases, master leases, condominiums, phased developments, preferred equity, and investment funds. His experience on both sides of the negotiation table grants him a comprehensive perspective while working through sale documents.
In addition to his work in real estate, Aaron will also support the firm’s Corporate and Business Transactions practice group.

After obtaining his bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa, Aaron earned his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sheridan Hawley of the Minnesota District Court for the Tenth Judicial District.
