Victoria A. Venzor
Overview
Victoria Venzor represents homebuilders, commercial developers, financial institutions, landlords, and tenants on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, adhering to specific financial objectives and timely decision-making as she forms practical solutions for sophisticated projects.
Having worked with local, regional, and national clients on various property types throughout the U.S., Victoria’s real estate practice is both comprehensive and specialized in scope. She has acquired experience in real estate development, land banking, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and commercial financing. In addition, she has handled the formation and operation of homeowners’ associations.
During law school, Victoria served as a clerk at several law firms, gaining critical skills which have allowed her to communicate and strategize at a high level in her current legal practice. Her Spanish fluency also lends itself to a broader client base as well as her ongoing commitment to legal and community initiatives for Latino populations.
