Spencer Fane attorney Sarahann Shapiro was a panelist for a Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Silicon Valley Lunch & Learn on February 20 in San Jose, California.
The session – Navigating Risk, Insurance, and Claims in CRE – explored the entire life cycle of risk management in commercial real estate, from asset acquisition to navigating insurance claims. The panel covered the critical aspects of risk and insurance for property managers. Sarahann and her fellow presenters also provided practical advice and strategies for minimizing risk, maximizing coverage, and ensuring seamless recovery after an incident.
