The St. Louis Business Journal hosted a “Table of Experts” panel discussion on July 22nd focusing on Commercial Real Estate. Contributors included Spencer Fane Partner Tom Jerry along with six other representatives from the local real estate community including brokers, developers, accountants, bankers and designers.
Tom and the panel discussed topics including current trends in commercial real estate, regional consolidation and cooperation, the effects of technology on the real estate market, and the growing demand for multi-family housing. Tom mentioned that “we’re not addressing the major need for additional affordable housing. There’s not enough lower income, very low income, and workforce housing, and our region needs to address that need.”
