Spencer Fane Welcomes Associate Nicole Detweiler to Litigation Practice

Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Nicole Detweiler to the firm’s Litigation Group in the Denver office.

Commercial litigation is Detweiler’s primary focus with significant experience in the bankruptcy court, where she represents trustees, creditors and debtors. Nicole’s litigation experience includes representing both private and public entities across the spectrum of commercial matters. She served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth E. Brown and Honorable A. Bruce Campbell in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. She also clerked for the Honorable Bruce W. Black, chief judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Detweiler graduated cum laude from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. While there, she served as an editor of The John Marshall Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Council.
