Spencer Fane Growth Continues in Dallas Market

We are pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Jason Cross and Alison Rowe in our Dallas office.

Jason Cross joins Spencer Fane to lead our Dallas office as its new Office Managing Partner. He joins the firm as a member of our business litigation practice. Alison Rowe also joins the firm as a member of the business litigation practice.

The addition of Jason and Alison, together with the recent opening of our Plano, Texas office, positions Spencer Fane to significantly expand our presence in the Texas market. This growth is part of a strategy to align the firm’s services and geographic reach with the expanding needs of our clients.

About the attorneys:

Jason Cross has extensive experience representing individuals and companies in all types of complex business disputes, including breach of contract, fraud and other business torts, temporary and permanent injunctive relief, energy-related disputes, product liability, franchisor/franchisee disputes, deceptive trade practices, non-competition, and theft and misappropriation of trade secrets. For more than a decade, he has effectively advocated for clients in front of state and federal courts in Texas and throughout the United States, and for clients involved in cross-border disputes, he has effectively advocated in international arbitrations under the body of rules of some of the world’s leading arbitral institutions.

Jason earned his law degree at Southern Methodist University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia. He was named a top-rated business litigator in Dallas by Super Lawyers and has been named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” four times since 2013.

Alison Rowe is a business litigator with more than 15 years of experience. She has represented clients in a broad range of business disputes spanning multiple industries, including agricultural, equine, oil and gas, real estate, and finance. Her practice frequently includes the prosecution and defense of contract disputes, business torts (fraud, negligence, and breach of fiduciary duty), lien claims, and matters arising under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

Alison earned her law degree from Cornell University, and received her undergraduate degree from Southwestern University.
