Colorado Springs, Colorado – Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP continues to grow its Real Estate and Special Districts practice group by adding an experienced attorney to its Colorado Springs office. The firm announced this week that Pat Hrbacek will join the group as Special Districts of counsel in that office.
Pat’s legal experience includes advising clients in municipal, general corporate and real estate matters with particular expertise in special districts and local government issues. Previously, he served as in-house counsel at The Landhuis Company where his primary practice areas included special district law; real estate development; contract review and negotiation; and corporate governance and general business. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.
The Colorado Springs office opened in June 2014 and the firm plans to continue steady growth at the office over the coming years. Combined with the Denver branch, Spencer Fane brings a vast array of legal services to Colorado, including the practice areas of real estate, municipal and environmental law, estate planning and labor and employment.
