Firm Adds Four Attorneys in Dallas Area
Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce the addition of four attorneys to its two Dallas-area offices, the latest demonstration of the firm’s continued commitment to grow, in and outside of Texas, alongside the business needs of clients.
“Spencer Fane is a firm where our clients’ leaders work directly with our leaders,” said Patrick J. Whalen, Spencer Fane Chairman. “This approach to client service, along with our culture of collaboration, is resonating with clients, and with talented attorneys interested in joining our firm, helping us grow with our clients and their expanding legal needs.”
In the firm’s Plano office, Kasia Brozynski and Bart Dalton join the firm as partners, and Antonio Devora joins as Of Counsel. Kevin Maguire joins the firm’s Dallas office as a partner. The four new attorneys add significant depth to the firm’s team in Texas and will be integrated into a network of offices stretching from Las Vegas to St. Louis.
“These additions further grow our presence in the Dallas area and continue our efforts to provide clients here with valuable services from talented and experienced attorneys,” said Jason Cross, Office Managing Partner in Dallas. “We are focused on and will continue to invest in people who fit our culture and commitment to top-level client service, and that will add to the collaborative environment the firm values. This commitment has been the foundation of the firm’s successful growth efforts to date and further enhances our ability to meet all of our clients’ needs.”
“These four attorneys significantly add to the breadth of our experience in multiple practice areas, including Intellectual Property, Business Litigation, Eminent Domain and other Property Disputes, White Collar Crime, and Internal Investigations,” said Paul Sander, Office Managing Partner in Plano. “We are confident all four attorneys will help us better serve clients in the Dallas area.”
