Spencer Fane is pleased to announce the addition of three new attorneys. Joining the Springfield office are Wade Early in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group and Paul Satterwhite joins our Labor and Employment Group. Carl Desenberg is joining our St. Louis office and will be a part of the Real Estate Group.
Wade Early has extensive experience with Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) sales and secured transactions. Wade has his undergraduate degree from Missouri Southern State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas.
Paul Satterwhite has received many awards and recognitions as a lawyer. He received the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers, Employment & Labor, Rising Star award for 2009-2011. He was recognized in Missouri Lawyers Weekly, “Up & Coming Lawyer”, in 2011. Paul was also listed in Springfield Business Journal, “40 Under 40”, in 2010. Paul has his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Furman University and his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina.
Carl Desenberg is focused on Affordable Housing, Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnerships, Tax, Tax Credit Finance, Tax Planning and Tax Practice Financial Services. Carl received both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa.
