Spencer Fane is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Nikki Hutson to its Springfield, Mo. office. Nikki will join the firm’s Labor and Employment group, bringing with her six years of experience in Labor and Employment law and Commercial Litigation.
In addition to her legal practice, Nikki is deeply involved in the community, including active leadership roles with Junior League of Springfield and the Ozarks Health Advocacy Organization.

Nikki is native to Southwest Missouri and attended Missouri State University, graduating in 2007 with honors with her undergraduate degree in Management, with a minor in Legal Studies. She earned her Juris Doctorate from University of Missouri-Columbia, where she served as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review.
She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in Missouri and the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri.
