Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Cash to the firm’s Dallas office. Cash joins the firm as a Partner in the Business Transactions practice group.
Jeff is the fifth addition by Spencer Fane to its Dallas-area offices in the last several weeks.

About the Attorney
Jeff Cash helps clients with day-to-day legal affairs and complex business transactions. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, as well as private and public equity investments. His clients include public and private companies, private equity investors and their portfolio companies, boards of directors, and high net-worth individuals. Cash’s clients have included restaurant franchisees, manufacturers, retail, private family offices, high net-worth individuals and a vast array of startups. He assists private equity groups in acquisitions, post-acquisition counseling, and fundraising for companies with diverse portfolios.
Cash graduated with a B.A. in History and Political Science from Louisiana State University before earning his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law.
