Spencer Fane LLP attorneys Roger Denny and Bob Lattinville recently collaborated to write an article published in AthleticDirectorU about effects of the new Tax Cuts and Jobs Act on coaches’ compensation. The article discusses the nuances of the new act, its impacts and the possible strategies for universities moving forward.

In addition, the article gives specific examples of how the tax will affect three individual coaches. Read the full article here.
