Rick Kron Discusses Infrastructure Financing at NAIOP Meeting

During an August 17 meeting of the Colorado Chapter of the NAIOP (National Association for Industrial and Office Parks), Rick Kron joined a four-person panel to discuss “Building a Better Colorado: Financing Infrastructure After Landmark Court Case.”

Approximately 60 commercial real estate developers, owners and investors in attendance learned about the details and potential effects of a recent court ruling on district financing, and were able to ask questions about its implications. One attendee mentioned that it was “one of the best attended meetings that they have had, with a very engaged audience.”
