Yatzaret Aguirre-Sanchez
Overview
Yatzaret Aguirre-Sanchez helps clients across two complementary practice areas: commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and business and real estate transactions. Her practice focuses on helping businesses, lenders, and real estate owners facing mortgage, business, and real estate disputes resolve conflicts through litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She also assists on a range of transactional matters, including commercial real estate.
Through previous legal internships, Yatzaret gained significant experience in research, document drafting and review, and court proceedings. This background strengthened her ability to analyze complex legal issues, develop sound arguments, and approach client matters with a practical understanding of the litigation process.
While in law school, Yatzaret completed a clerkship with the Honorable Lynne T. Ingram of the Eighth Circuit Court for the 20th Judicial District serving Davidson County, Tennessee, and served as managing editor of the Belmont Law Review.
