Tyler Thomas assists clients in commercial and intellectual property matters, blending diligence and creativity to form strategic solutions. He has notably helped navigate several litigation cases and arbitration disputes involving highly complex commercial matters, employing his commitment to exceptional client service throughout all phases of dispute resolution.
Prior to entering private practice, Tyler served as a law clerk throughout his entire education at the University of Nevada’s William S. Boyd School of Law, gaining valuable experience in the field and the classroom. While there, he also taught legal education classes to young, upcoming musical artists in the university’s fine arts program, helping the students understand their image, copyright, and trademark rights.
