Tyler Talgo

Overview
Tyler Talgo represents clients in various stages of litigation, helping proactively resolve disputes with heavy consideration for sensitive interests and multifaceted objectives. He boasts diverse experience in several areas of law, including construction disputes, mergers and acquisitions disputes, securities, trusts and estates, torts, land boundary issues, and contract disputes.
In addition to developing favorable strategies for complex litigation matters, Tyler assists with all aspects of case management – interviewing clients, conducting thorough research, and drafting a wide range of legal documents. Prior to entering private practice, Tyler served as a law clerk to the Utah County Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted cases in Utah County Justice Court and represented the County Attorney during pretrial conferences, arraignments, case reviews, and other hearings.
While earning his Juris Doctor at Brigham Young University, Tyler completed clerkships with the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, where he helped prepare Sen. Mike Lee for hearings and other committee matters, and the Utah Division of Securities, where he assisted with various tasks to advance the Division’s policy objectives.
